Nice compact Smoker

"We needed a small compact smoker that was light weight to load and unload out of our competition trailer and this was the best choice. I've used twice on some practice cooks. It heats up quick and holds temp great. Our fall competition season will start soon and this will fill our need for ancillary contests and people's choice. Anyone wondering a full sized aluminum pan will fit in the cook chamber. My only disappointment was it wenton sale a few weeks after I bought it. Lol"

Rock solid from day 1, I will never buy a non Recteq!

"This smoker has been incredible for me since its first day. Rock solid, reliable, works great! I've churned out full packer briskets, pork chops, pulled pork, several kinds of chicken, veggies, . . . huh, I guess I need to make some fish. When I got my first recteq I had some issues, but their customer service was incredible and we worked through them, and I have been completely happy with this smoker for three and a half years now!"

Warrior 340 unboxing and burn in

"I went from the bullseye to this girl and not the ideal experience. The burn in had burn back happened so switched pellet brand and so far so good. I just noticed one of the bars on the grill are loose and not connected on one end. I guess things aren’t made like they used to be."

"I love recteq love love love them! But my little road warrior is having some trouble. The glitch is this. When i turn on the grill the fan doesnt always kick on unless i tap on the pellet box. Hmmmm? And the lid came warped a little. It gaps really bad around the opening of the grill."

Just what I needed

"This portable recteq is just what I’ve been looking for with one small exception. I do wish it had WiFi so I can monitor the cook from the comfort of the RV on a hot day. Other than than this smoker is great! The built in cart is a game changer. My other portable smokers were a royal pain to move around, but this built-in folding cart makes it a snap. The size is just right for going in one of the cargo trays of my Tiffin. It does require two people to load and unload, but that’s because I’m old and weak. Someone young might be able to wrestle it in and out single-handedly. On my first two smokes it performed like I’ve come to expect from recteq smokers. My rt700 bull has been a champ and I’m just as pleased with 340."

Love the Road Warrior

"I have been looking at Recteq for a couple of years. I have been cooking on Green Mountain Grills for several years. Due to inconsistent boards and cooks I decided to try the Road Warrior for our trip to Michigan. I smoked a 16 lb brisket to perfection and smoked scallop potatoes with ease. I have decided that I made the correct choice in pellet smokers and love the Road Warrior so much that I will be purchasing a larger one for the grilling and smoking deck."
