"The probes make the whole grilling and smoking that much more accurate. You can not mess up the cooking when using the probes. The app even gives you suggestions on cooking temp and when the food is done temp, so you have to do is set the temp and walk away. Simply awesome."

"Easy to setup and use. Smoked a brisket and a pork shoulder low and slow. The cook lasted about 16 hours and the probes worked the entire time even though they were running low on battery life by the end of the cook Very pleased with the performance of this product."
