"The quality of the cover is great. Thick material with an heavy zipper to help open it up for easy placement. However the fit is poor. Customer service was helpful as I was not sure what model cover to order. The answered the phone quickly and courteously."

"This is my second cover for my 410. They are well constructed for the most part and fit the smoker well. My first cover add a cinch string to keep on in strong winds this one did not. It would be nice if they would reenforce the cover where it sits on the corners off the pellet container as those are sharp corners. Overall a good cover."

"Finally a grill cover that fits the RT-1250. The first one was horrible and didn’t last but a few months. I contacted recteq about it but nobody cared. Customer service has seriously declined with recteq which is a shame because the product line is really good. This review is for who ever cares to read them,"

"I’m very happy with this grill cover. It’s extremely easy to put on and take off, which is a big plus when you use the grill often. The material feels sturdy and well made, and it does a great job keeping my Recteq 380 Pro clean and protected between uses. Fits well, looks good, and does exactly what a grill cover should. "Had the old cover. Sucks big time this new seems way better has a zipper way easier to put on materials seems better as well. So far very pleased with it. Hopefully it holds up. The old one did not very well."

"the cover fits perfectly and is made with great material. My only issue is that the Recteq name is on the back side of the cover instead of the front. Maybe I installed it wrong, but it seemed there is only 1way it can go on with the pellet box on the right side."

"The X FIRE PRO has a few very pointy edges on the left hand side and the concern is that it will eventually poke through the cover. I may look at gluing a few thick patches of something in those areas as a preventative measure."
