"Love my Deck Boss 900! The two things that stand out to me is the controller and how it’s designed for easy use with the app. Second is that I can smoke, grill, and sear with one unit. Also, the unit is easy to clean after a cook. I should have gotten one long ago. Can’t wait to try some new recipes!"

"So far has been great, love grilling again. Definitely little difficult to put together as holes didn't line up but once assembled been awesome holds perfect temp. Making ng delicious food 3-4 days a week, easy to clean. . . . definitely recommend."

"Well packaged well built, this smoker is solid. Upgrading from a starter Pit Boss 500 initially going for a Traeger but after doing some research I stumbled upon a brand called Recteq. I purchased the 900 DB within a week it showed up delivered in two containers top and bottom pieces strap on a pallet. Pulled it inside my garage and in no time had the smoker assembled. So far I’ve been smoking every weekend. I’m really satisfied with this purchase not only for the hardware quality but also their PID technology to keep the temperature within 5 degrees of set temperature unlike other smokers fluctuates between 20 degrees or more."

"I bought this as a gift for my dad’s 60th birthday and he loves it. Shipping was extremely fast and the smoker is top notch quality! He ran into a small issue when putting it together and customer service was quick to assist and sent him some BBQ goodies in the mail! I’ll recommend this company everytime!!"

"Only used the 900 twice so far. The 1st time chicken thighs came out awesome. Had a few missteps in the assembly part of it. Amanda got me the right screws. While I was ordering pellets Owen helped me with a meat probe that was not registering temp. After the initial problems I have received great customer service, no hassle. Customer service is my #1 concern when buying a product. Can't wait for the next item to cook."

"Just getting started with it, but was easy to assemble, seems durable, and excited for many great cooks. Holds temp well, but I have to keep an eye on it in the FL heat so it doesnt run too hot. The only dislike I have is the wifi/app connection has to be on 2. 4GHz and my Orbi mesh system isnt compatible. I tried some of the tricks but am unable to get it to connect."

"Deck Boss 900 looks and cooks great. did have to adjust the feed rate, but that was extremely simple. Only negative was the assembly is not the easiest in the world. would be great if some of the components came assembled like the feeder on the Grill Body. Other than that it has been an amazing purchase"
