Great Smoker

"Love the smoker, cooks great. Made the most tender turkey I think is possible on it. Only issue was the bottom rack, bolt didnt go in properly. Think the threads on the nut were stripped. Only way to fix it would be a whole new bottom rack. Just don’t feel like buying or asking for another. Other than that, awesome smoker!!"

Great product

"I already had a 380 Black Edition and wanted another one for our 2nd home. I bought the 700 but I wish I would have bought the new one that has the direct flame. This one is nice but only will go to 500 degrees. Bummer but not Recteq's fault that I did no go ahead and buy the one I really wanted. Thanks"
