"So far I'm completely satisfied. At first I was getting an E3 code & had to get a new RTD (which was easy to replace). The customer service was very cooperative in getting me the new RTD. After that issue it was game on. First some simple chicken legs, corn on the cob, cream cheese, potatoes & even tube steak for a snack. Ribs and Brisket are easy and Recteq has lots of recipes as well as the Internet for idea to smoke. I love the set it & forget it simplicity about the smoker & the time it takes to get to temp is very impressive compared to all other smokers. So far so good. I love the smoker & would recommend the Bullseye."

The RT-B380 Bullseye is an open flame grill unlike any other pellet grill on the market. It blurs the line between traditional charcoal grilling and modern pellet smoking!
Because of the direct nature of the heat source, the RT-B380 Bullseye needs a little more attention. As a result, the grill is not WiFi compatible.
As with all grills, grease will collect. The majority of the grease will burn off while cooking. However, if you feel there is an excess of grease, before exceeding 300°F, make sure to clean thoroughly.
Absolutely! Try using a drip pan on top of the deflector to help catch grease from a long cook and make cleanup much easier.
