"An excellent design and pretty good operation. Setup manual is fair. There are virtually no operating instructions and no overall diagram to let a user know what parts are where. WiFi will not connect- not sure this model has it. There is no WiFi light or button and the connection process does not list this model’s. Hm."

"One box came. One box with parts to addemble missing. One of the screws for the lid off laying in the box. Customer service said that maybe fedex couldnt fit the other box on the truck and could arrive tomorrow. Customer service also sending a hardware kit for me to install the other screw that was messed up. Not a good start."

"Very happy with my purchase! My father has 2 Recteqs they are 9 years old and both work like new. The reason i knew Recteq would be my next purchase. Ive had pitboss and traeger and the build quality on the Recteqs are second to none! I will never buy another brand grill besides recteq! They are really the best grills money can buy."

"This grill/smoker is everything that you need! It was pretty easy to put together with my only complaint being that it is a little on the heavier side. It has a handle to use when moving but I really wish it had 4 wheels like other models to slide around easier."

"It's nice....the only problem was a dent in the front on the corner, the side was pushed in and the folding table I ordered had stripped hardware that held the brackets. Didn't want to deal with replacement stuff so I fixed it. Your QC needs some help! Or you can give me $200 back and we can call it good. My 380 has been good for almost 5 years now, but was looking fwd to the PP400."

"The grill is great but the qr code was for the wrong grill so I had no detection on putting it together. Somebody must have just packaged it wrong."

"Everything works great. Only issue I had, was missing screws from the lid for the hopper box. So I ended up having to fix that. Other than that. I like the grill."

"After weeks of research I decided on the Porch Pro 400. I chose this grill because it was not made in China. Made in Vietnam. The quality build is superior of any other grill I looked at, it has a reliable and accurate temp controller and it does not have Wi-Fi which to me seems ridiculous. I would have purchased a larger model but refuse to pay extra for unnecessary tech. Best grill I have ever owned. Hands down!"

"I have used it 3 times. . Cooked chicken thighs twice and pork chops once. I couldn't get the pork chops brown on the bottom after I turned them over. I did buy the searing plate but was disappointed that it weighs 20#. I am considering returning it. I think it would be problematic to wash/care for. The grill worked fine. Today I am going to try a tri-tip roast."
