"We like to use the Ultimate Blend Pellets in our Recteq grill. Ordered half a pallet (1,000) lbs. Took a while to ship them as it takes time to line up trucking for pallets. A few bags were torn open but we didn't think we lost enough pellets to complain to Recteq. It really was the trucking companies fault for the torn bags but things happen."
